Know-how be Friend with your Kidneys will lengthen your Life

Your kidneys, your best friend…

Yes, you’ve read that right; your fist-sized kidneys sitting on either side of your spine are your bestest friends that deserve a little extra attention in your life. You might scoff, but remember this- your kidneys are the ones that will always be with you until your last breath.

Just like your best friends, your kidneys are constantly there for you, working 24/7 and trying to make you feel good, healthy, and alive. Your kidneys just work for one goal: To help you survive from certain diseases that try to invade your body’s territories and disrupt their functioning.

If your kidney could talk

“I get no respect”, if your kidneys could talk, these might be their words. In a pursuit to maintain our standard of living, we often neglect our health by practicing certain bad lifestyle habits, such as consuming junk, sitting for hours in one place for long, tangled routine patterns, and stress. Hence, we counter various health conditions, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, brain tumor, high cholesterol level, irreplaceable kidney disease, and even heart attack in severe cases.

What can affect your kidneys’ functioning?

Whatever we eat or drink passes through our kidneys; hence it is essential to be cautious about your diet because certain over-consuming foods high in salt, spices, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives can toll on your kidneys’ functioning. Foods that are processed or canned are high in sodium, fat, potassium, and phosphorus compounds, making your kidneys overwork to expel excessive substances out from the body. Because of being overworked, your kidneys develop inflammation inside the kidneys’ filtering unit, which can prevent your kidneys from working for a shorter period, which is termed acute kidney failure.

What is acute kidney failure?

Acute kidney failure is a widespread health condition in which your kidneys stop working suddenly. Acute kidney failure can happen in just a few hours or days and isn’t always permanent. With the right medication, you can reverse your kidneys’ function back to a normal stage if you don’t have another chronic illness. Acute kidney failure is overlooked can bring a storm over your health and lead to chronic health conditions, which can also lead to a permanent loss of your kidneys’ function.

Is there a permanent cure for preventing acute kidney failure?

Acute kidney failure is often harmless and can be easily prevented by modifying lifestyle and dietary habits. However, acute kidney failure can go advanced if not detected in time and chronic kidney condition. At the end stage of kidney disease ( stage 4 or stage 5 of CKD), certain medicines can prevent the severity of the disease for a shorter period, but there are chances of the problem to wave back in the body. If you’re looking for a genuine revival of your kidneys’ functioning, switch to acute kidney injury treatment in Ayurveda.

How can we detect acute kidney failure?

The symptoms of acute kidney failure are hard to get detected; you may not feel any visible signs of acute kidney failure. Your doctor might diagnose this condition while performing a test for another reason. However, if you have any symptoms, they’ll depend on the severity of the disease or how much percentage of kidneys’ functioning you’ve left with. Symptoms may include the following-

  • Itching and dry skin
  • Shortness of breath
  • Feeling very tired or drowsy
  • Confusion
  • Feeling pressure or pain in the chest
  • Muscle twitching
  • Peeing less than normal
  • Loss of appetite
  • Fever
  • Rash
  • Nosebleed
  • Swelling, joint pain
  • Come in severe cases

What are the primary causes of acute kidney failure?

Acute kidney failure is likely to be reported in people suffering from other chronic illnesses or hospitalized. However, other three main causes can affect your kidneys’ functioning include-

Low blood flow to your kidneys

Some medical and biological stresses that can interfere with the blood supply to your kidneys include the following-

  • Heart failure
  • An infection
  • Liver failure
  • Medicines related to blood pressure
  • Dehydration or serious burns
  • Excessive blood or fluid loss
  • Medications ( aspirin, naproxen, ibuprofen, or celebrex)

Obstruction in the urinary tract

Certain diseases can prevent the urine elimination process of your body. This could mean:

  • Kidney stones
  • Nerve damage in your bladder
  • Enlarged prostate
  • Cervical, bladder, colon, or prostate cancer

Other conditions

Other conditions can affect your kidneys’ functioning, like:

  • Blood clots
  • Cholesterol deposits in blood vessels around your kidneys
  • Ingestion of certain medicines, including ibuprofen, NSAIDs, chemotherapy, and antibiotics
  • Inflammation in glomeruli due to autoimmune disease ( lupus ), scleroderma, and myeloma

Try Ayurvedic treatment

Ayurvedic treatment is better than any other modern medication. The acute kidney injury treatment in Ayurveda uses a holistic approach in curing chronic kidney complications naturally without leaving any side effects on the body. The formulation of the medicines is based on the extraction of several powerful herbs incorporated with unique healing abilities that promote healing, remove the obstruction from the blood vessels connected to your kidneys, and stimulate your weak kidneys’ cells so that your kidneys start working properly as they should. The ayurvedic treatment uses a distinctive approach that primarily works to power your natural defenses, increasing your body’s ability to readily respond and prevent disease before it gets advanced with time.
